Hi,
I just started using fido prepaid service and have my number filled in with $10 credit. I tried to setup my voicemail and when I call the voicemail number it is saying that I don't have enough credit even though when I check on fido my account I still have 37 minutes remaining. The weird thing in there is that the balance shows $0 even though if I check from transaction history I have deposited $10 in there few days ago. Also text is showing n/a while I'm suppose to get 50 sms and 50 min with that. Can someone tell me why my account shows $0 and why I cannot call voicemail while I still have 37 min.
Also does calling 611 or *46 reduces my prepaid minutes?
