Fido prepaid account number

Hi, I'm trying to find my account number for a prepaid account and I can't find it by calling *28. There is no bill so I can't see the number. Is there anyway I can find the account number?

You can log in to your account online and you should be able to see the account number.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I'm using an old account to make this post, as registering an account with the current fido phone requires the account number... 

But anyways, after digging hours for the paper I got from signing up with prepaid back in 2014, I found the account number. Just really unsure why it was so difficult to get the phone's account number.
