I'm trying to pay my monthly prepaid plan but Fido won't let me! I click on the one time refill button and the message that comes up is "OH-OH! Some error occurred. Please try again later."
It has been this way for several days and I'm unable to pay my phone bill even though I keep trying. Now I don't have any phone service! How can this issue be resolved?

That definitely doesn't sound right! I would have a few questions to better assist
Did you try to clear the cache of your web browser?
Do you use an ad blocker with your web browser?
Have you tried to recharge your account via the IVR (dial 611 from your Fido phone)?

I don't use an ad blocker and I tried clearing the cache but I still get the same error message. I tried calling 611 and that worked. It just seems to be an unfortunate website problem that hopefully gets fixed soon.
