Fido doesnt care about helping a 14 year customer

I have been a Fido customer for 14 years and my contract is up so i have been trying to get a better plan in order to renew my contract.  The phone i want is more than the one i currently was paying for.  So i asked customer service/loyality department for a better plan and they basically said no and they didnt care of i went with someone else. That is horrible.  You would rather your loyal customer for so many years go to a competitor?  I escalated the call and no one wants to give me the office of the president email or phone number.  Does anyone know how can i get this info.  Its horrible how you cant get help you want and its not much to ask.

Hi @LIZKAL , sorry you had that experience. It can be frustrating and confusing to navigate the process of renewing a mobile plan. I think if you go Here  and scroll down the page to report a concern, you can contact Fido and send a message  with your concerns
