Fido extra hour not working and drained all my 50GB plan

Yesterday, I wanted to download something and decided to use my 1 hour from extra at 12:39 am. It was a bit weird at first because the data stopped going up after 600Mb. I thought it was all fine when this morning at exactly 6 am, I received 4 texts saying the data has reached 90% of its limit at right after 100% has been reached with a 15 gb overuse EVEN when I have overage protection. I contacted support but they refuse to believe me. They claim I have used 15gb during the 1 hour extra and 50 gb outside of it. Note I had 49 Gb before the 1 hour usage. Basically, I am 99% sure the one hour usage bugged and it drained all of my data plan. Now I have 0gb for 23 days.

Hi @Liang1919 , that's sounds worrisome,  you may want to give tech support a call to see what may have happened with the data usage. Here  are ways to get in touch. You could call *611 from your device and request assistance from tech support (my first choice)
