Fido data not working iPhone

I have noticed this issue for the past three weeks now. My data doesn’t work at all. I tried resetting my internet settings on my iPhone 7 Plus, but that only worked for 1 to 2 hours. This has been causing me a lot of trouble lately since I have to use data outside of my house often.

goto fido store get new simcard, have the fido people check your settings, and try again in the store.

I'm sorry to learn you're having trouble using your data.  Do you get an error message when you try using the data?  Also, does your phone shows as connected to 3G or LTE?

Yes, it does show an error message saying please turn on cellular data despite having it on already. This happens for both 3G an LTE.

Have you power cycled your device?

 

I would also suggest trying your SIM card in another device to see if the issue reproduces? If you don'y have any spare phone, you can go to a Fido store as suggested by my colleague.
