Why do I need to be on Fido data to activate data bytes? I'm out of data and it would be great if I could activate Fido data while on wifi which gets started when I switch to mobile data.
You need to be connected to the Fido network in order to start a Data Bytes session. It won't function while roaming or while on the extended network. You can check out our help guide here.
