Fido is the most pathetic company! I returned my phone within 14 days term and my bill shows full amount to be paid on that device. This is unacceptable. Then the replacement phone that i got is all charged in full amount in my next bill. My bill is $2500. I am going to block fido from taking payment. They need to fix this. I read similar thing happened with other customers. They should better fix it otherwise i will be suing them with taking undue advantage of customers!
