I changed my number online but now my account hasn’t updated and I can’t log into the happy

To clarify, have you registered for an e-mail based login? Here's the link to do so. If you used to log in with your phone number you will no longer be able to do that and you must get an e-mail based login.

 

If that isn't the case, your new phone number will need to be linked to your account for you to be able to access it through your new number.
