We have cancelled our services with Fido and are currently still getting charged a monthly fee. Fido you are a fraud and I hope people start to see it and whoever you people are that are running this scam I will be reporting you to the authorities
If your account was officially cancelled, you wouldn't be being charged. Why do you say are you receiving a monthly charge? Are you sure this isn't simply your final invoice? Feel free to contact us over these methods if you need anything.
