Fido bill

i have problem with my bill. earlier i was paying around 81 dollars but now i am paying more then 85. i want to talk to the service about it.

Have you checked your detailed bill to see where the charges are coming from? Here's how to do it:

 

Online:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. From the top navigation bar, click on Billing & Payments and select View Bill.

You can also view your bill using the Fido My Account mobile app.

 

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. From the top navigation bar, click on Billing & Payments and select View Bill.
  3. Select the View Bill drop-down menu, and choose the bill date you want to see.
  4. Select Save or print your bill.
