i just got a Fido phone today, the app was working fine showing usuage now it will not show usuage because it says recent changes have been made to my plan, they have not. I called technical support because my data bytes wasn’t working and they have no idea what is going on I’m feeling very pissed off and disappointed one because my usuage isn’t showing and two my data bytes isn’t working on a plan I paid to have it on and technical support has no answers. This is not a good start Fido.

I'm sad to see that your experience with us hasn't started off on the right foot, but, I'm sure we can figure out what is going on.
For your data use, are you certain that absolutely no changes have been made to your account? When you activated your account, had you requested to transfer your phone number over from your previous service provider?
For your Data Bytes, What's the error message you're getting? Does uninstalling and reinstalling the app change anything?
