Fido sold me Brightstar device protection few months ago. On 5th December I lost my cellphone & from that day I'm trying to get my claim approved (which is my right as I'm paying them for it) but nobody have any answers "why they are not approving my claim"
in short bright star Coustmer service guys told me that they don't know the reason bcz the claim was rejected from head office & I have to check with them & they gave me head office number (which is don't exist) so Called Bright star head office never answered or returned any calls.
Fido guys advised me don't brought a new sim until my claim is approved, which I don't think gonna happen. My sim was blocked & instead of helping me now Fido guys are telling me to pay the bill (whole month I didn't used my sim bcz my phone was lost & Fido didn't gave me a new sim)
I suggest everybody to stay away from Fido & Bright star.
