Hi all, hope that someone can help me out with this.
When I viewed my Fido Xtra in the app, I had a notification that I was a winner of the $100 Adidas voucher. I then clicked on get started, then went to the prize portal and entered all my information, however when it came to redeeming the voucher it just sends me back to the Xtra page.
I have attached the screenshots of the loop that it is in now.
Can someone please advise as to whom to contact or what I can do to get my voucher?

Can you please try the below troubleshooting:
ANDROID
- Clear cache of the app/browser; if same result, re-install the app
IPHONE
- Reinstall the app
If it still doesn't work after having tried this, please contact us through one of those channels so we can take a closer look into it with you.
