I have spent 1 hour on chat and 1 hour on phone since morning. The agents simply hang up. The call agent says contact live chat agent, the live chat agent says call contact center and just hang up abruptly
this is insane level of customer service. highly dissatisfied!! The issue is persisting since last 4 months, they inflated my bill without any explaination despite of a two year original contract for $35 monthly. and kept promising to credit my bill in next month's bill but never did. It has been 4 months now that i have been following up. This is Mafia company whose business is to loot its customers. Totally unethical!!
since morning i have talked to Isaac from Toronto, Prashanth from Montreal and many more who simply hang up in the middle of the conversation.
i have no other option now but to goi and file a legal complaint in the ministry.
