"Last week, I traveled to Seattle from British Columbia. I had heard from my friends that Fido had issues in the US. Before leaving Canada, I scheduled an appointment and spoke with a customer service specialist. She checked my plan and assured me that all three of my lines would work in the US, and I would be charged only $12 per day. However, as soon as I crossed the border, there was no Fido service. Imagine how challenging it is to drive in the United States without GPS. It was very frustrating for my family. I never imagined this would happen to me. I missed my webinar and business calls and had to navigate using a physical map."

Hi @david210 , this may be a silly question and not meant to offend. Did you enable data roaming on your devices to access maps and messages, etc ? That's my only thought about why your devices didn't work. That and the network selections. Did you try manually selecting the available network for use in the US? That's it for real now. Hope it gets solved for you
