Sept 15, 2021 - 10 days ago made a Fido plan change and Fido has confirmed there is a network issue on their end. Not our Samsung phone or Fido sim card. They tested and investigated this area. The message on phone shows not registered on network when try to dial out. The last 10 days the phone does not work for calls/text messages or voice mails for all the missed calls. Anyone else experience a long 10 day period to resolve a similar issue? If yes, how was the issue resolved. Rogers messages come every 2-3 days apologizing for delay and still working on fixing the issue. I do have an extensive Fido/Rogers case # with countless hours on the phone with Fido.
