Everytime I click the "make payment" button, fido signs me out and i get this message:
"There's been no activity for a little bit, so we signed you out to keep your info safe. Please sign in again.".
Payment through the app is not working either.

This should now be fixed. Can you try closing that browser window and then trying again?
