I have never been more frustrated, it's probably a good thing I am unable to contact someone about the internet because it wouldn't go very well for them, but I've been trying all morning to contact fido support through the live chat, I try clicking the jack thing with that stupid dog, nothing seems to work and I don't call because that takes hours of my life and usually ends up with a 2-second answer for my question.

I tested it on my side and it seems to be working fine. I would suggest trying a different browser if possible and also clearing the cache and cookies to see if that helps.
