I have never been more frustrated, it's probably a good thing I am unable to contact someone about the internet because it wouldn't go very well for them, but I've been trying all morning to contact fido support through the live chat, I try clicking the jack thing with that stupid dog, nothing seems to work and I don't call because that takes hours of my life and usually ends up with a 2-second answer for my question.

I like to know why my bill is 200$ dollar a month 2269780331 I don't need that much internet howe can i change make it less 200$ a month is way to much

So sorry to read that you weren't able to reach someone through Live Chat. 

 

I tested it on my side and it seems to be working fine. I would suggest trying a different browser if possible and also clearing the cache and cookies to see if that helps. 

 

Keep in mind you can also reach us by sending us a private message on Facebook or Twitter. If your concern is regarding Home Internet though, you would need to contact Technical Support directly over the phone at 1-888-236-FIDO (3436), 24/7.
