Fido Has Gone Downhill

Been with fido since 2004 when it was city fido.  Had two lines with them.  They used to provide value but its gone completely downhills and been surpassed by all the other carriers.  Had a problem system where I couldn't tell my total data usage using the app or logging on my PC.  Several phone calls telling me that I was doing something wrong over 3 months with no resolution resulting in huge data overages.  Considering everyone else was offer data throttling with no overages.  

 

Thinking of filing complaint with CRTC.

 

They offered nothing to keep me as a customer other the standard offers on the website so I switched.  Also I seem to be using less data with my new carrier doing the same task, not sure what that is all about.
