Fido Extra prize redemption issue

Hello,

 

I won a $5 dollar digital gift card last month.  I went through the redemption process, but last step of the redemption process failed.  I was unable to login to the gift card website.  I sent a support email to the gift card website regarding to the login issue.  They told me that my account  wasn't setup properly their website and I had to contact fido/rogers to get a link to resetup the account on the gift card website again.   Can someone please tell me who I should contact in fido/rogers regarding fido extra prize redemption issues?
