Does Fido transfer money from your fido dollars to your outside account? Do they transfer money to your bank account?

Note also that Fido Dollars were used on the price of new devices or temporary or roaming options, it's not something that could be transferred or anything

We don't communicate any information pertaining to your account via text messages. Make sure it was not  SCAM text that you received as they've being doing rounds lately.
