Fido Credit

I recently did a Transfer of Ownership of my phone number to a different account, and I payed the last billing cycle for the old account. In the old account it now shows credit, as the transfer happened during the billing cycle. How do I either transfer this credit to my new account or deposit the credit to my bank account. Thanks, Trevor

Welcome to the Community Smiley 


A transfer between accounts would only be possible if both were under your name. If there was a transfer of ownership from one person to another, it would not be the case here. 


If there is a credit balance on the old account, it would automatically be refunded by cheque. It would be sent at the address on file under the account holder's name.
