when my biling cycle come near to reset date,I notice my data drain out fast then normal eventhough i am not using data sometime.Is it trick to push Cx to buy extra data ?

Your data isn't set to drain quicker near the end of your cycle. We don't control how your data is used. You can always look into your phone's cellular settings to see which app is using more data.
