This is crazy, not sure what's going on here but I called in to customer service and spoke to someone to cancel a line I had which was done. I then wanted to remove the $10 add-on for a extra 3GB on two phones. The first customer rep I spoke to said it was done but in the end only one of the $10 add-ons were taken off. So I called again, spoke to another customer service rep. I told her what happened and I needed this $10 add-on taken off the second phone. So I get a email confirmation that both have been added back on. This is utterly frustrating...
