Hello Team, 

 

My friend and I currently get a 10 GB mobile offer. 

 

I am able to accept it when I log in to my account as I am the account owner. 

I have accepted the offer 

 

My friend is under my account and he also got the same offer but when he logged in with his separate login, he did not see any offer shows up. 

I am only seeing one of the lines has 10 GB of Data added to it. 

Can you kindly assist?

Hello @AC320,

 

If both lines got the offer and you are the account holder you should be able to see all offers for all the lines and apply it when you log in. If you do not see it there it means only your line got the offer.
