I had an idea which I think would help benefit Fido customers.
My idea is to integrate a chat agent into the Fido App that way subscribers could have another way besides calling in or Facebook to speak with CSR or Tech support!
If Fido CSR were already to busy to answer them then maybe higher ranking forum users could try and help troubleshoot problems for other members provided it wasn't an account related issues!
Just a thought!
