I've got false promise when I was upgrading my phone from fido and no one is there to resolve my problem. I spend 5-6 hours calling and emailing to ask the conversation with fido agent to be verified. So far no answer to my emails and Each time I call, different fido agent, gives me different answers which never helpful and fair.
any idea how I can complain or raise the issue to more responsible level?
You can call customer service and if the problem can not be resolved ask to speak to a manager and if it still can not be resolved you can ask to be contacted by the office of the president.
