Fallout twice to port my cellphone number to Fido from Fonus, why?

As the topic, signed Fido on Dec1st, porting on store, successfuly submit.

Dec 6th,  Fallout, porting incomplete was shown on Fido online.

Dec 7th, went to store to port my number again,

Dec 10th,  Fallout shown again on Fido online. Called Fido porting hotline to submit request again.....

Why this happen? I gave my 416 number to clerk before sign Fido, the clerk checked my number is portable to Fido.

Contact Fonus, they give me all the information they need, and I pass all to Fido, the only thing different than other is Fonus is VOIP/VOLTE moblie company that consider as a landline.

Do anyone has the experience to port from Fonus to Fido?
