I would like to complain to the agent who helped me with the number port in. On Dec 2 2024 I joined Rogers with 2 lines of 60GB, Talk & Text-BYOP $44.00 package, I contacted the agent to resolve the issue that I could not port in my existing number and there was a system issue so he manually fixed it.

 

The Price Plan Change Fees for 4 times ($15x4) are caused by the agent's vogue move, please waive them. I cancelled my service within 5 days, so the plan charge should be waived. According to terms & conditions, my final bill should be $0. Please correct this error, I'm disappointed.
