Hi, I signed up through FIDO for device protection for my Iphone Xr, and after I lost my phone in the next 10 months (and paid $13 for those 10 months), Brightstar rejects my lost claim, and denies to replace my phone. Best part, the underwriter and the call center rep ask me to not reach out again asking any further questions on my claim.

Can you share with the community the reason why your claim was rejected exactly? Was it because of documents you had to provide? Were there specific discrepancies between the documents?
