Just spoke with someone on the phone for Fido because I was having billing problems and problems with a different person when I had called prior. The guy I talked to, Henry, was extremely helpful and understood exactly where I was coming from! He helped tons and made sure everything was okay and that I was pleased and understood everything. His customer service was excellent! I appreciate him for that phone call!
