I am a fido customer since a year now n I was using my current plan which included 1000 long distance minutes. Suddenly this month I was charged $400 extra somehow n I hadn't even used half of that even. I can't pay that much mich money.

I'm sorry to hear that you had unexpected charges on your recent invoice.

Was the 1000 long distance minute add-on perhaps on your line for a limited time? 

It's also good to note that those minutes cover calls from Canada to selected countries, which will be listed in the plan details and on your bill. Are you certain the country you called was covered?
