Tried ordering a new phone with plan got to the checkout and clicked the express pick-up button but wasn't able to finish the order. The continue button would not turn to yellow
Any reason why?

Are you still having problems placing the order since your last post? If yes, have you tried to clear your browser's cache and cookies or try another browser?
Also, please send us some screenshots (making sure to hide your personal information) of where you can't proceed, if you can.
