I am very upset with Fido, I saw my bill for this month is over $500 for a plan of $60 +tax. You better lower that bill because I can't pay it. I have been your loyal customer for over 10years, but I think I will go with another provider if you don't do something about this high bill

Im definitely thinking 🤔 about going over to telus after the way I've been treated, a loyal customer from before when Rogers was with ATT. Ive been with fido and not complained but lately been paying too much for what I've been getting. Talia is giving twice the amount of gigabytes for almost half what I've been  paying

Hi @Liza1111 , sorry to hear that you have an unexpected higher bill this month. However, as we are a community forum we cannot do anything with account issues.
