Error when attempting to change phone number

I am getting the same error every time I try to change my phone number...help please

Does the same thing happen if you try it with a different browser?

I am trying to change my number I can select province but the inly option under City is 'select'and then it just says 'oh oh something went wrong'

If not, give it a try and let us know if the same thing occurs.

Also make sure that the province your select matches the one we have in our records
