I have been trying to call and text anyone om my contact list but I'm not able to. Also I have been told that when my number is called the operator says the number is not available.  I have restarted my phone, I have turned it off, I have tried clearing cache,  I have made sure that the service is also available in my area, but still I can't make a call or text or even use my data.

Are you able to call a number not on your contact list? If not it could mean your issue is not related to your phone since if someone calls you and it says the number is not available you should contact customer service directly and have them look into your account to see what is going on.


It could be a network reset on Fido's end is required to get this fixed.
