EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service by FIDO, multiple error entries made to account

Been a customer for over 10 years here.

 

Notcied that both me and my wifes name was incorrect.

They had my first nam last name flipped, and my wife's name was myFristName, herFirstName. So both TOTALLY incorrect. 

 

Simple fix right?    

 

After 5 phone calls, they fixed my name, but updated my wife's account/number to show my name as well.


Tried to get her account to simply show her correct name, and amazingly they can't figure this out.

 

I mean, how hard is it to fix an incorrect name in your system?  I mean, how can you enter the names incorrectly in the first place?
