Don't ever try to process a device upgrade on their web site

The Fido web site sucks. It never tells you whether a device is in stock, back-ordered or discontinued. It doesn't allow you to cancel orders. It sucks. So you want to save the $50 admin fee? You'll pay in lost years, lost hair and, an ulcer, or several!
