Do not be fooled into thinking the loyalty program will benefit you in the long run

13 years as a Fido customer.  I call maybe once a year or 2 to update the service according to my needs. Like the last times, just called again to update the services, asked the loyalty program to see the options and the only one that is available is matching my current program with 5$ less. (100gb (was needed for work) at 75$ instead of 80$), and couldnt offer me a plan with around 40 to 60 gb at a reasonable price. Simply told me they had a single offer in the system or could do 256mb at 15$ (LOL?).

I was foolish to think that not changing supplier and staying loyal to a company would benefit me in the long run, but they dont care... If youre thinking of staying with fido/rogers for loyalty, be weary and shop elsewhere.  What I am doing as of today.
