Do Better with your Customer Service Fido

I tried to reach Fido's agents over the phone to cancel one of my lines and suspend the other, the agent in charge Mohit kept giving me automated sales pitch messages after 5 minutes of delays between each message (not sure if they're just trying to get you agitated at this point), and terribly slow on responding to any legit inquiry (almost as if they're just waiting for you to get frustrated and log off). I was directed to ASKJACK after trying to reach an agent on the customer service line provided by Fido who sent me to the ASKJACK feature every time I wanted to speak to an agent. When I requested a callback on my Fido number (which is advertised on your virtual secretary prior to redirecting customers to ASKJACK) the agents keep saying they cannot do that and to call their customer service line which does not allow you to speak to an agent in any way (keeps redirecting you to ASKJACK). Terrible customer service and I expect better, most likely switching to Telus who has a robust customer service line that is accessible for customers over the phone.
