Disappointment with fido at its peak

So I was a new customer I signed up with fido on 26th august with a plan of $39 per month with 50gb and unlimited texts and calls in canada. The agent through whom I bought also added international minutes for my country i.e: PAKISTAN, in the plan as it was included 200 minutes for international calls minutes. Two months later I got notification from fido to sign up for a better deal which offered 80GB in $35 , upon my inquiry from a customer representative for that plan details, she was just like "everything will remain the same but you will only get extra data in $5 cheaper" so I ended up with that plan. This month I saw my bill of $175 in which I was charged extra for international calls , which was then reduced to $113 upon my request to fido that I can't afford this bill and I am a student , their representative told me that everything remains the same and the plan had international minutes just not my country was included which was their responsibility to do so as I had already told them earlier when I was becoming a new member. Furthermore I travelled US last month for data roaming I was told it is $12 for 24 and my trip was only for a day so I started roaming on 12pm and thought it will be till the next day 12 pm while I had a flight back at 10 am. I was surprised to see they charged it again after 12 am like they charged for two days before 24 hours. Their miscommunication just rips off loyal customers and soon after clearing my remaining dues I won't stay with rogers/fido and will never recommend to anyone.

 Sorry to hear of your disappointment. The Fido Roam daily fee covers each calendar day of usage until 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), regardless of which time zone you are roaming in. You are charged for every calendar day (based on ET) that you use your device to make or receive a call, send a text message or use data while abroad.
