I am having billing problems since September 2023, it look like you have not smart people who work otherwise I would not have this problem.
I spent 1,5 hr over the phone tried to solve my problem, I hanged up the phone because people have things to do... We can not be waiting for something to be fixed. I asked them to email me or call me back but they didn't . It's unbelievable how you guys can provide an awful customer service.
My problem still not solved and I need someone to do it right now.

This community forum is not a method of customer service for Fido it is meant for customers like myself to help each other, Since your issue is billing-related only a Fido representative can assist you and you will need to contact them directly, Fido does not provide email support see here for all the different methods to contact them directly.
