I don't want to have acceess to it. I have a mental illness, anxiety and anykind of data i cant control.

I was on and off in hospital for past month and i wasnt able to stop myself. As a result, my bill will be over 200 dollars in data and i dont have anymore help financially.

I have a history with data over usage etc.

My billng cycle just ended on 27th and i am afraid of the bill
