Today I applied for internet and setup direct checking for my mobile phone bill. Both processes finished telling me I would receive a confirmation e-mail; one for my internet order and that I had set up direct checking - I have not received either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just to confirm, did you try to set-up Pre-authorized payment for Online Banking?
Did you do this through MyAccount, on Fido.ca?
