Had you had a chance to see whether the protection is listed in your Services via My Account? Since the protection is a monthly add-on, it should also be listed on your bill. The details should list the additional charges which have incurred on the bill. You can view those details via My Account --> Billing & Payment --> View Bill. From there, you can Print and/or Save a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you can see the additional charges online via Other Charges and Credits.
If you are unable to access your details, you would need to contact customer services to verify whether you are paying for device protection. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your accounts.
