Hi,
I am using an iPhone with two years plan and I recently noticed that my device balance in the Fido app has not been going down. Couple of months back I used to see a drop of $20 every month. Does anyone know what’s happening to my account? Please help me with this.

The remaining device subsidy is lowered each month when we bill you, that is until it's been completely paid off.
Do you see the same device balance reflected on both the application and your fido.ca account?
That said, depending on the subsidy you have received, it is the only amount you will have to pay over the course of 24 months. Rest assured that this amount does not change in any way. I would suggest to wait and see until your next invoice.
