Im looking to upgrade my device including getting a new phone and a new plan online, my question is once my order is complete how will the tranfer from my current phone to my new one work? Im assuming there will be a step to do this once the new phone is delivered to me?

Hey @CC19 and thanks for reaching out.

 

You might need a new sim card depending on the new phone that you get.

 

If no sim card is needed, you can simply insert the sim card you are currently using in the new device.


If a new sim card is needed, then you will receive it by mail with your phone and you can easily activate it through your online account on Fido.ca.
