I got a google pixel 3XL on contract and there is some issue with the phone. Google is ready to replace the phone as it is still under warranty, however they need a prrof of purchase which has the IMEI number mentioned. I checked my contract but the IMEI is not mentioned therein. Tried to reach out to customer care but couln't. This is really annoying.
Can someone please help?
